We create wearable art that tells the stories of animals, from wild species at their "Apex" to domestic companions in our "Hearth." Orders & Shipping

How are your products made?

All Apex & Hearth products are custom, made-to-order items through a print-on-demand process with our trusted third-party partner, Printify.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75.00! For other orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Apex & Hearth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment will be at your expense.

What if my international order is subject to customs fees or duties?

For international orders, you, the customer, are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by your local authorities when your order arrives in your country. Apex & Hearth does not collect these fees, and they are not included in your item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of every Apex & Hearth product, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to: ordering the wrong size, color, or design; change of mind; or minor variations in print color or placement inherent to the print-on-demand process. We strongly encourage you to review your order details, product descriptions, and sizing information thoroughly before completing your purchase.

What should I do if my order is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective (e.g., misprinted, flawed), damaged in transit, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please contact our Customer Support team at shop@apexandhearth.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. Upon verification, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund may be offered.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at shop@apexandhearth.com. We will initiate an investigation with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier.

Charitable Contributions

How does my purchase support animal welfare and conservation?

Every single purchase directly supports a vetted non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare and conservation. A portion of the profits, up to 20%, from every single purchase is donated directly to the non-profit organization associated with that specific product's collection.

Is my purchase a tax-deductible charitable contribution?

The charitable contribution is made by Apex & Hearth. Your purchase is for the goods received and does not qualify as a direct tax-deductible charitable contribution for you, the customer.
